Return & Refund Policy

At BUNIVO customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We offer returns only in case of:

• Damaged product

• Defective product

• Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

• You must provide proper unboxing video proof

Without unboxing video proof, return requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Replacement

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor color or design variation

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
